Brief Introduction of Department
The Department of Orthopedics is located on the Ground Floor of the Old Building of the Hospital. For the period of 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023, a total attendance of 55723 patients was recorded in the OPD with 617 admissions. The OPD is run on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The O.T functions on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Only new cases are seen OPD on these two days. The department conducts joint replacement surgeries (TKR and THR). The Orthopedics Department runs Rheumatoid Arthritis Clinic, CTEV Clinic, Osteoporosis Clinic, and Back pain Clinic as special clinics.
OPD Timing:- 9:00AM - 4:00PM (Monday to Friday)
9:00AM -1:00PM (Saturday)
